URGENT HIRING: Maintenance Supervisor (Restaurant Operations)

Mandaue City

Golden Roast Chicken, Inc. is actively looking for a results-driven, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical team across multiple branches and support our store build-outs and kitchen operations.

If you have solid experience in equipment troubleshooting, refrigeration systems, and contractor coordination — we need you on board.

What You'll Handle:

  • Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance for restaurant equipment, kitchen exhaust systems, aircon, refrigeration, and power systems.

  • Lead a crew of technicians — schedule shifting, assign work, and monitor performance.

  • Coordinate and inspect work of contractors for electrical, civil, and refrigeration projects (store renovations, kitchen upgrades, minor constructions).

  • Troubleshoot on the spot during peak hours and minimize operational downtime.

  • Ensure safety compliance and emergency response protocols are in place during high-risk maintenance work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance leadership for restaurants, food manufacturing, cold storage, retail, or hotel/resort operations.

  • Strong background in refrigeration systems, aircon troubleshooting, and electrical systems.

  • Knows how to handle people in the field, resolve conflicts, and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Can confidently manage contractors and perform site inspections, punch listing, and documentation.

  • Willing to work a 6-day shifting schedule including weekends and holidays if needed (with compensatory day off).
