Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
- High attention to detail with excellent data validation and reconciliation skills
Job Objective:
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing by consolidating employee data, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including preparation, review, and disbursement, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Consolidate, validate, and reconcile employee payroll data to maintain accurate records
- Maintain complete and well-organized payroll documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports, schedules, and documentation to support audits and management reviews
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
