QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred).
With 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of payroll principles, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrates discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
With a pleasing personality.
