Job Description SummaryDevelop the overall product strategy. Initiate & evaluate proposed ideas, determining ideas with strong opportunities, classifying them as New Offer or

New Capability/Product. Prepare, review, and assess the Weekly Governance Meeting (WGM) template for revisions, classifying ideas to either park, store, or kill. Prepare the Market Research Brief for proposed offers/concepts and for insight purposes.

Review and assess the Research Report, including the offer price, to classify ideas. Recommend proposed pricing by aligning with consumer insights, reviewing floor price/cost, and margin requirements based on the impact of offers on the product portfolio, ensuring standard cost margins are reasonable. Create a product roadmap for review and approval, including new innovations/products, bundles, and promotions.

Manage the delivery of the product roadmap to achieve financial targets (Revenue, ARPU, Product Margins, and business case targets). Evaluate product performance against previous roadmaps, industry trends, and consumer insights, based on data from Brand Marketing or Research. Prepare and secure approval for Business

Cases. Prioritize product concepts and evaluate business cases for new capabilities/products. Perform monthly product performance analysis and formulate action plans to address gaps.

Job MandatesLead the success of the Broadband portfolio by developing product strategies to increase GSR and optimize revenue drivers. Understand brand performance among Acquisition & Existing customers to drive strategies for the portfolio, ecosystem, cross-sell, and channels. Define positioning and integrate end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the entire portfolio.

Provide strategic insights to Acquisition/Existing teams aligned with customer demands and market trends to develop new business opportunities and innovations. Act as guardian of P&L and the portfolio/offers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): GSR, ARPU, Reload Rate, Revenue Market Share.

Interfaces with: MSH (Portman, CDA), Product Management, FBA, Mobile/SG/EG.
