Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our prepaid business through strategic customer engagement.

Develops actionable insights by analyzing weekly dashboard metrics and identifying correlations between customer behavior and product experience. Creates data-driven game plans to optimize market profiles and drive revenue growth.

Identifies pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing complaints or churn and develops targeted solutions to address them. Continuously innovates to maximize opportunities identified in customer sentiments as aligned with the company's vision.

Oversees the execution of campaigns, translating brand strategy into effective customer targeting strategies. Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners – Product, customer experience, marketing, and finance. Manages risks & ensures timely implementation of beta solutions to problems within existing control processes.
