JOB SUMMARY:

As a system monitoring staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, performance, and availability of various computer systems. You will monitor infrastructure components, applications, and services to ensure optimal functionality and identify and escalate issues promptly. The role involves proactively monitoring system alerts, analyzing data, and collaborating with other IT teams to maintain smooth operations and minimize service disruption or downtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the performance and availability of computer systems, servers, applications, and related infrastructure.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts, error messages, and incidents reported by monitoring tools.
  • Analyze system performance data and identify trends, patterns, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance audits to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network administrators, system administrators, developers) to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Maintain and update system monitoring tools, configurations, and documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and incidents for management review.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • OJT/Internship must be related to the position.
  • Good in computer hardware and software troubleshooting / printer troubleshooting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has strong customer service and rapport-building skills.
  • Has problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Intermediate analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge in server, router, and switch isolation.
  • Flexible for 24/7 operations.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
