Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience monitoring and supporting scheduled jobs or system processes.
  • Basic understanding of Linux and system environments.
  • Understanding of CyberArk, GitHub, and certificate management. (Not a requirements but have an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn and work with security and access management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure they run successfully as planned.
  • Understand workflows and steps to identify potential issues early.
  • Resolve failed jobs and coordinate with teams to fix problems.
  • Apply configuration updates and support system promotions.
  • Handle incidents and requests assigned to the support group efficiently.
  • Work with other teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist developers and testers during testing cycles to resolve problems.
  • Support monthly data refreshes between systems and ensure accuracy.
  • Rotate service account passwords and monitor automated processes.
  • Assist with regular system updates, maintenance, and reboots.
  • Schedule and support quarterly maintenance and automated tasks.
  • Renew application certificates to maintain smooth system operations.
  • Support system upgrades and improvements as needed.
  • Maintain repositories and manage access as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
