We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage and support systems handling customer and member data. You'll ensure accurate data updates, maintain compliance with data privacy policies, and provide technical support across mainframe and SQL-based environments. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience using IMS DC and mainframe systems
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries and data updates
  • Familiarity with member/customer data domains in finance
  • Knowledge of AML, PII, and data privacy practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for systems handling member and customer data
  • Accurately update member master data (name, ID, contact, etc.) in mainframe or SQL databases
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with AML and PII policies
  • Troubleshoot system and data access issues across IMS and related tools
  • Support data validation and reconciliation tasks
  • Assist in user access management and security compliance
  • Coordinate with business users to resolve member data discrepancies
  • Document procedures, fixes, and data handling best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
