Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and KPIs.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
