Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Billing Operations: Manage the billing process from invoice generation to payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for clients and partners.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing issues, working closely with customer service, operations, and finance teams to address discrepancies.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure billing aligns with client contracts, pricing agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and present billing reports, tracking revenue, collections, and outstanding invoices, and recommending improvements as needed.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of billing specialists, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy.
• System Optimization & Support: Recommend and implement improvements to billing systems, ensuring efficient operations and accurate data processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance, with a focus on logistics, transportation, or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing software and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
