Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Industrial Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or power generation industry. This role involves the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
  • Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of industrial systems and components.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and technical documentation.
  • Comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to address technical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or vocational diploma/degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience; experience in the energy, utilities, or power generation industry is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in Subic or currently residing nearby.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.
