Aftersales Head

• Leads the Service and Parts Department.
• Implements and achieves the approved daily, monthly and annual targets.
• Closely coordinates with the Business Manager in ensuring compliance to prescribed service standards: reception, workshop and releasing.
• Reviews the Aftersales performance and conducts forecasting of targets for approval.
• Ensures well managed service workshop as indicated by the individual performance of the Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Ensures that the dealer implements prescribed service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent Customer-Relations/Customer-Handling skills.
• Possesses at least a valid Non Professional driver's license.

Experience:

• Mechanical/Technical: 5 years (Preferred)
• Automotive industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's license (Preferred)
