Job Summary

Philfund Teacher Small Loans Corporation, a lending company dedicated to providing loans and cash advances to DepEd public school teachers, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting daily accounting operations to ensure the company's financial integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Accounting Staff will play a vital role in assisting management with timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, monitor, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including loan disbursements, collections, and expenses.
• Maintain and update accounting ledgers, journals, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
• Process payroll, vouchers, invoices, and reimbursements as needed.
• Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate with financial institutions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, company procedures, and government regulations.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audit activities.
• Provide accounting support to management and other departments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
