Accounting Staff

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger).
• Prepare and process invoices, checks, receipts, and payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Monitor and track company expenses and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred (but entry-level candidates may be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
