Internal Auditor

Job Summary

Philfund Teacher Small Loans Corporation, a lending company serving DepEd public school teachers through loans and cash advances, is looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding company assets. This role plays a critical part in promoting accountability, transparency, and efficiency in financial and operational processes to support the company's mission of providing accessible financial services to teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, loan records, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review loan applications, disbursements, and collections to detect irregularities or risks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and lending standards.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with anti-fraud measures and identify areas for risk management.
• Provide recommendations to management for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening internal controls.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and staff to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
