An Area Sales Executive must know how to drive sales growth within a specific geographic region. To engage in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop, execute, and meet operational strategies that are aligned with business objectives. Ensure that the division is supervised well and performing in accordance with the revenue target and goal. Responsible for leading and managing the sales team assigned to him, to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Work Experience 1-2 years' experience in institutional sales set-up, supervisory role in sales services in the food and beverage company.
  • Certification/License CRM Proficiency (preferred but required)
  • Skills Hunter-Type Salesperson
  • Strong Communications & Negotiation Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical skills in problem solving
