DIVERSYS SPECTRUM Products Inc. is the EXCLUSIVE manufacturer of OXYPLAST-Protech Powder Coatings and PAINT PRO Liquid Coatings in the Philippines. Our powder paints, liquid paints, and specialty coatings are found in a wide range of industries such as industrial, construction, architectural and manufacturing sectors, both in the Philippines and overseas.

As the company's representative out in the field, the primary responsibility of the account executive is to maintain and grow good relations with our customers, as well as finding new potential customers in his/her assigned area. The account executive will be in charge of regular communication with our customers throughout the entire sales process including product development, order placement, and after sales technical servicing, if needed.

The account executive will be assigned an area of responsibility, either in the North (Valenzuela, Caloocan, and adjacent) or South (Laguna, Cavite, Batangas), and will spend majority of the work week in those areas. The account executive will also be required to report to our Binan, Laguna office weekly for sales coordination purposes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers through consistent, professional and effective communication to serve their business requirements and immediate concerns.
  • Manage and enhance the working relationships with assigned customers through regular personal contact and site visits.
  • Work with the sales team to effectively shape and execute the appropriate sales strategy on a per customer basis.
  • Source new sales opportunities through assigned lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and/or visits.
  • Regular coordination with the internal sales team for order placement, delivery, technical servicing, and collection.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Majors in engineering or science are a plus but not required.
  • Required language(s): Filipino, English
  • Required Skill(s): Driving, effective communication and interpersonal skills, sales
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Industrial, corporate or equivalent.
  • Must be able and willing to work on the field.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be a resident of METRO MANILA or CENTRAL LUZON AREA

Pay: Php25, Php26,000.00 per month
