Job Summary

The Consumer Sales Performance Management Head is responsible for driving sales productivity and performance across the consumer banking network. This role oversees the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, including goal setting, incentives, and improvement plans. It ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, resolves frontline sales issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support new products and promotions. By leveraging data analytics and reporting, the position provides actionable insights to senior management and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate reports on branch and sales productivity.
  • Design and implement a performance management framework for goal setting, promotions, and incentives.
  • Identify and streamline processes to resolve frontline sales issues and disputes.
  • Monitor compliance with business regulations and incentive guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales heads and product teams to support new products and promotions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for management decisions.
  • Oversee incentive programs to ensure fairness and alignment with business goals.
  • Support training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales performance management or related roles in banking.
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking products and sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on driving sales growth and efficiency.
