MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales and Marketing Manager/Head will be a key player in driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market share expansion. You will lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, develop and implement comprehensive strategies, and ensure a robust pipeline of projects. You will collaborate closely with various departments to achieve the company's business objectives.

SALES & MARKETING STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and elevate brand presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve peak performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the teams.
  • Oversee the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional media.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, SEO/SEM campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, upholding brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Work closely with the outsourced PR agency to align on communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage and allocate the sales and marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Set performance goals for the team, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Identify training needs for the team and facilitate their professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.

CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify and prioritize target accounts and projects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive opportunity management.
  • Drive the sales process from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with the Business Development team to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Address client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE & REPORTING:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports and insights to the CEO and Business Development team.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategy discussions.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve future campaigns

LEAD GENERATION

  • Assist in generating leads through various channels, including market research, online databases, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and gather relevant information to support business development efforts.
