Head of Marketing
to lead our brand strategy, drive adoption, and position us as a leader in the clean energy revolution.
Role Purpose
The Head of Marketing will spearhead strategic initiatives to build brand equity, expand market share, and engage customers in the EV ecosystem. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can blend traditional marketing with digital innovation, sustainability messaging, and customer-centric campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end marketing strategies leveraging digital ecosystems, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Team to integrate SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, retargeting, and lead-nurture workflows.
- Oversee data-driven campaign optimization using analytics dashboards, attribution modeling, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Direct the creation of multi-channel content pipelines (video, AR/VR product demos, interactive web assets) tailored for EV audiences.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate technical EV features (battery range, charging speed, sustainability metrics) into compelling customer-facing narratives.
- Lead market intelligence initiatives: competitor benchmarking, regulatory impact analysis, and consumer adoption modeling.
- Manage MarTech stack selection and integration (CRM, CDP, analytics, automation, and AI-driven personalization tools).
- Establish KPIs and performance scorecards for campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI across digital and offline channels.
- Supervise technical vendor partnerships (digital agencies, analytics providers, event tech platforms) to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Champion data privacy and compliance in all marketing activities, aligning with global EV and sustainability regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in automotive, EV, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
