Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory, Inc. is looking for an Accounting Head to oversee all financial and accounting functions at our Taguig branch.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in healthcare accounting, billing, or reimbursement is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with management and external partners.
  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team while overseeing daily financial operations (AP/AR, payroll, cash flow).
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP, regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strengthen internal controls, optimize financial systems, and maintain effective banking and liquidity management.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
