Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate & Partnership Associate with years of industry experience doing affiliate marketing and influencers/KOL.

The ideal candidate is the one who had grown a brand's popularity and sales via affiliate marketing and influencer/KOL marketing on an e-commerce platform. Candidate must have experience using affiliate tools and software, expert in navigating Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/Shopify store, managed an influencer/KOL, and possesses a strong communication skill.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively look for and recruit new affiliate partners across channels such as Tiktok, Shopee, blogs, Youtube, influencers and other strategic B2B channels and partners.

· Onboard new affiliates on our platforms, ensuring they have the resources, tracking links, and creative assets needed to succeed.

· Develop a targeted outreach strategy to engage and pitch high-potential partners, effectively selling the value of our program.

· Negotiate and finalize partnership terms, including commission rates, placement guarantees, and exclusive deals.

· Develop and execute strategies to increase affiliate productivity, including creating competitive commission structures, promotional offers, and performance incentives align with the industry standard.

· Monitor daily performance using affiliate tracking software (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, AWin), analyzing key metrics such as EPC, CVR, and ROAS.

· Identify and mitigate affiliate fraudulent activities.

· Attend industry events (virtual and in-person) to network and source new partnership opportunities.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities that extend beyond traditional affiliate arrangements.

· Prepare and present regular performance reports and analyze data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development and partner-facing role.

· Have previous experience on any of the major affiliate network (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, AWin)

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and revenue targets.

· A self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and interpreting performance dashboards.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience building or scaling an affiliate program from the ground up.

· Experience in E-commerce platforms such as Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/Shopify.

· Familiarity with other performance marketing channels (SEO, Google, Social Media).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
