We are seeking an experienced Surveying Technician to work remotely from the Philippines on projects based in New Zealand.

Applicants with more extensive surveying experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

You should be proficient in one or more of the following:

  • Reading architectural plans
  • Reading civil engineering plans
  • Reading historical survey drawings
  • Preparing set-out plans
  • Drafting scheme plans
  • Producing topographic plans
  • Preparing as-built plans
  • Reading and understanding title restrictions (requires fluent academic English reading skills, mainly for reviewing historical documents)

Minimum Requirements
  1. Education: Graduate from a Top 50 Philippine university, with a degree in Surveying, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience.
  3. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

  • Effective communication for coordination with the New Zealand team.
