The Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment and machines. This role ensures that all devices operate efficiently and safely to support the needs of clients. The technician will provide on-site and remote technical support, deliver training to users, and maintain accurate service records.


• Configure, and test equipment and machines at client sites.


• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks on equipment and machine.


• Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.


• Provide technical training and user guidance to medical staff on proper handling and operation of equipment.


• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory of spare parts.


• Respond to service requests and provide prompt, professional customer support.


• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Stay updated with new technologies, equipment specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
