Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer at SourceU, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications that integrate seamlessly across the front-end and back-end. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create intuitive, scalable, and robust solutions for our clients.

This is an urgent, full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires someone with a strong skillset and the ability to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern web technologies (JavaScript, , React, etc.)
  • Implement scalable back-end APIs, services, and databases with a focus on performance and security
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues across the stack
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Contribute to team knowledge through code reviews and mentoring
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, etc.)
  • Solid experience with back-end frameworks such as , Express, or Django
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
