Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Preferably a graduate of Hospitality Management or a related course at the bachelor's level.
  • TESDA NC II Certificate Holder in Bartending, or completion of a vocational/short course in Bartending, Food & Beverage Service, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a bartender or in a comparable role within the F&B industry.
  • Solid knowledge in beverage preparation, including mixing, garnishing, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; able to follow standard recipes and customize to guest requests.
  • Skilled in maintaining bar efficiency, cleanliness, and order while delivering drinks promptly and consistently.
  • Familiar with health, safety, and liquor service rules and regulations, with full compliance in daily operations.
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and collaborative; background in food preparation or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication abilities with genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests and providing excellent service.
  • Open to flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
