About the role

We are seeking a talented Barista & Bartender to join our vibrant team at One Faith Inc', based in Savano Park San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. As a full-time Barista & Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and cocktail experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, speciality coffees, and non-coffee options
  2. Skillfully mixing and serving an array of classic and signature cocktails
  3. Ensuring the bar and service areas are well-stocked, clean, and organised
  4. Providing exemplary customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  5. Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  6. Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
  7. Participating in staff training and development programs

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Barista and/or Bartender, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  2. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  3. Strong knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation, including familiarity with various brewing methods and bartending techniques
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  5. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
