About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Crew to join our dynamic team at Select Goods' in Fairview, Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and a range of benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and company standards
  2. Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage and handling of food items
  3. Assist with menu planning and development, providing feedback and ideas for improvement
  4. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
  5. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
  6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen or food service role
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. A passion for delivering high-quality food and outstanding customer service
