What You'll Be Doing:

Serve with a Smile:

  • Greet customers and help them with their orders
  • Recommend drinks and dishes like a pro
  • Handle payments (cash or card) with accuracy
  • Solve customer concerns with a positive vibe

Get Hands-On:

  • Brew and serve coffee (Ceylon Coffee Club)
  • Cook all-day breakfast dishes (24/7 Breakfast Club)
  • Make different types of tea (Island Tea)

Keep It Clean & Fresh:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and store
  • Restock supplies and keep everything organized
  • Follow food safety and store guidelines

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

  • Help hit sales goals and give the best customer experience
  • Assist with inventory and stock checking
  • Support smooth day-to-day store operations

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate

K-12 graduate

No diploma? No problem—experience counts

Great attitude & customer service skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

College level experience

Prior work in retail, F&B, or customer service

Cash handling skills

Fast learner & team player

Willing to do all-around tasks: barista, cooking, cashiering, cleaning, cutting, you name it
