Job Summary

A Service Crew member is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high‑quality service to customers. This role involves food handling, order taking, cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items/promotions.
  • Prepare and serve food/beverages according to company standards and food safety protocols.
  • Operate the POS system to take payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service counter, wash stations, restrooms (if applicable), etc.
  • Assist in kitchen support as needed, including food preparation, plating, and packaging.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures (e.g., prepping before business hours, cleaning up after shifts).
  • Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (personal hygiene, handling of food, cleaning and sanitizing equipment).
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns politely, escalate to supervisor when necessary.
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
