About the role

We are looking for a talented Barista/Kitchen Crew to join our dynamic team at Pot Pot Corndog + Burger' in Concepcion Uno, Marikina City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Barista/Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of coffee-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to customer specifications
  • Assisting with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and other menu items
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing any customer concerns
  • Restocking and maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and prompt service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a barista or kitchen crew role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for food and beverages, and a willingness to learn and grow
