Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Clinical Audit Officer
, under the Quality and Patient Safety Group, located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The Clinical Audit Officer ensures clinical quality by conducting audits, designing tools in line with regulatory and accreditation standards, and communicating findings for corrective action/s.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Performing clinical process audits using approved and institutionalized audit tools to ensure adherence to standards of care.
  • Communicates audit observations and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Designs or adapts clinical audit tools in line with evidence-based practices, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or any Allied Healthcare Profession
  • With at least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Basic understanding of care processes provided in multiple areas of the hospital
  • Leadership/managerial experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Active PRC license in Nursing or Allied Healthcare Profession
