
Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, HS Code summary and customs paperwork.
- Prepares Packing List and Allocation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams via Nav or
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or delays.
- Support the logistics team in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with reporting and data entry related to logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1-year previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Quick encoding/data entry skills and proficiency in excel is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be amenable to work onsite at Cebu Business Park
