Link RI Logistics, Inc - Manila Branch is now looking for TRUCKING COORDINATOR.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or any Business Management related or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:

I. TRUCKING COORDINATOR – CEBU (50%)

  1. Oversees the trucking operation in coordination with the trucking partners.

  2. Collates all delivery-related documents from trucking partners/LCBI

and submits them to Operations Supervisor/Officer.

  1. Troubleshoots all trucking-related issues and concerns.

  2. Reports all untoward incidents to Operation Officer/Branch Manager.

  3. Prepares and submits all required reports to the Operation Supervisor/Officer. \

  4. Acts as a Liaison Officer of LRLI Cebu.

  5. Reconcile and update all trucking-related concerns and documents to the Finance Supervisor/Officer

  6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

II. MARKETING - NEW BUSINESS GENERATION CEBU (50%)

  1. Assist in the business development and achievement of revenue targe of the branch.

  2. Research and identify potential clients needing trucking and logistics services in the area.

  3. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication providers to introduce the company and the branch service.

  4. Present and promote the company's services in a professional manner in coordination with head office, to be able to close the account.

  5. Build an initial relationship with clients to generate interest and follow-through, as a new company with the goal of getting the account.

  6. Forward leads and confirmed interested clients to the management/operations team for further handling.

Create marketing strategies to expand the client base and for branch to generate new accounts every month and reach target revenue/income

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
