Accounting Assistant

- BS. Accountancy or any accounting course related
· Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Organizational and time management skills
- Preparation of check vouchers, Accounts Payable Vouchers and Journal Vouchers
- Can make financial statement (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)
- Checking the validity of all payables to the supplier before CV preparation.
- Make sure that all payables are valid and should be properly documented and with corresponding purchase vouchers and/or check vouchers and attachments (ex. Purchase Order, Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Receiving Report)
- Preparation of schedules/breakdown of oils, services, movement of inside parts and other schedules.
- Responsible to maintain all the records
- Warehouse Custodian
· Receives stock delivery
· Maintain stock cards
· Check daily inventory monitoring product movement
· Orders or issues purchase order to suppliers (per site basis)
· Encodes POS / P.O.
· Stock Receiving Reports
· Supplier's custodian and monitoring
· Performs monthly inventory with SSA and Head office personnel
- TRO (Tenant Relationship Officer)
- Administrative Function
- Monthly inventory of Assets on site of assignment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
