SUPPORTING INFORMATION

A. Liquidity Management

  1. Manages the Company's overall liquidity positions for working capital needs.

· Assists the Senior Treasury Manager in preparing cash flow projections, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.

· Prepare daily cash position, periodic cash flow and other related reports.

· Prepare notes payable schedules and bank loan, and related documents.

  1. Assists the Senior Treasury Manager in developing strategies to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

B. Banking and Fund Management

  1. Assists the Senior Treasury Manager in evaluating, developing, and implementing cash management systems for operational efficiency.

  2. Monitor bank service fees and reports any service quality issues.

C. Financial Analysis & Optimization

  1. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and financial services to identify optimal solutions

  2. Monitor interest rates for placements and loans to secure the best rates for the company

  3. Assists the senior treasury manager in preparing reports to facilitate evaluating and recommending long-term borrowing strategies for company requirements.

D. Others

  1. Takes on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Senior Treasury Manager.
