Handle sales collections and prepare corresponding report subject for review and endorsement of Treasury Supervisor to ALC Manager.

Responsible for the security of the vault fund, sales collections and other valuable items.

General Position Definition- Principal Accountabilities

  • Prepare and issue change funds of the cashiers.
  • Ensure availability of funds that will be sufficient for the office & store operations.
  • Accept cash collections from cashiers and verify deposit with the bank.
  • Accepts payment from scrapper, employees and others and issue corresponding acknowledge or official receipts and sales invoice, if necessary.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation of funds.
  • Ensure that petty cash funds in custody are properly and safely kept and well managed.
  • Check, verify and reconcile the deposits and bank payments.
  • Responsible for handling payment and replenishment of petty cash fund.
  • Conduct collection of sales and verify deposits with the bank.
  • Issue and monitor membership cards released.
  • Conduct surprise audit at the store branches assigned. Acts as reliever in the stores, if deemed necessary.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Educational Qualifications – At least a Bachelor's /College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking/Commerce or equivalent.
  • Work Experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in the related field is not required but is an advantage.

  • Knowledge and Abilities
  • Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions.
  • Computer literate.
  • Flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours.
  • High analytical, keen to details and is results-oriented.
  • Must be of good moral character and integrity.
