  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry, with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and PERT/CPM software. The planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects, from scheduling to resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and PERT/CPM tools.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align schedules with project requirements and milestones.

  • Analyze critical paths, forecast project timelines, and identify potential delays or risks.

  • Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule variance and performance analysis, for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the site team and contractors to ensure the schedule reflects real-time progress and project priorities.

  • Ensure resource planning and allocation to meet project deliverables within the set timelines and budget.

  • Monitor the impact of changes or variations to the baseline schedule and advise on mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PERT/CPM software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee and manage project risks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and construction processes.
