As a Product Planning & Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth through effective planning and fulfillment strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and drive down costs.

  • Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Drive business outcomes by setting Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in the planning system according to product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supply Chain Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate models of our supply chain to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) Support: Collaborate with capacity planners to develop and implement S&OP plans that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Order Management: Oversee the fulfillment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast, and safety stock replenishment.
  • Exception Management: Identify and resolve supply chain exceptions, including allocation and tight supply situations.
  • Improvements / PDCA: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate improvement activities to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in customer handling and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English.
