Job Title: HR Compliance
Position Summary:
The HR Compliance role ensures that the company adheres to labor laws, internal policies, and government regulations. The position involves monitoring compliance, performing audits, assisting with field HR activities, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Audit HR records, employee files, and documentation for accuracy.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.
- Coordinate with government agencies for compliance-related filings and submissions.
- Address and resolve employee compliance inquiries.
- Participate in HR field activities, including site visits and documentation verification.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and suggest process improvements.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, compliance, or related functions (fresh graduates willing to learn may apply).
- Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to various company sites.
- Available to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
