Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Compensation Package:

Option 1 – Entry Level (0 to 5 months BPO experience)

  • Basic Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,100
  • Allowance: ₱2,800
  • 10% Night Differential
  • HMO: Day 1 Coverage

Option 2 – With Experience (6 months and above BPO experience)

  • Basic Salary: ₱18,800 – ₱28,800
  • Allowance: ₱2,800
  • ₱30,000 Signing/Stay-on Bonus (SOB)

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • For Option 1: 0–5 months of BPO experience
  • For Option 2: At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to undergo onsite interview process
