The Marketing Head will lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the assigned Brand. This role oversees product development, revenue initiatives, subscriber acquisition, partnerships, and P&L management to ensure the continuous expansion and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute business strategies for products and services
  • Oversee P&L performance and ensure revenue and subscriber growth
  • Lead product innovation, channel acquisition, pricing, and content strategy
  • Strengthen partnerships with content providers, distributors, and advertisers
  • Drive customer experience improvements across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, technology, and operations teams
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to business unit teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in broadcast, media, telecom, or related industries
  • Strong background in P&L management, business strategy, and product leadership
  • Deep knowledge of Pay TV ecosystem, content negotiations, and distribution
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
