We're hiring our second kitchen crew member and you won't just be staff; you'll be part of our founding team. If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to grow with a passionate burger brand, this is your chance.

This is an all-around role where you'll help with prep, cooking, cleaning, organizing, and may also assist with front-of-house tasks like taking orders or serving. It's a physically demanding but rewarding job in a quality-driven kitchen where every member counts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prep ingredients

  • Assist with grilling, frying, and general kitchen operations

  • Handle hot grills and fryers. Must not be afraid of oil burns or heat

  • Wash dishes and always maintain a clean kitchen

  • Follow strict cleanliness and food safety standards

  • Help with inventory, restocking, and organizing supplies

  • Flexible to help front-of-house when needed (orders, guests, service)

  • Amenable to eating while working during peak hours (breaks still apply, but flexibility is key)

  • Work long hours and overtime when needed with proper OT pay

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female

  • At least high school graduate

  • Experience in the same field is a plus

  • Lives in Pasig City or nearby cities

  • Must be healthy. No conditions that affect safe food handling

  • Knows basic math (for ingredients and portions)

  • Knows how to follow instructions

  • Punctual and dependable. Not habitually late and absent

  • Always clean, presentable, and values hygiene

  • Comfortable in a hot, fast-paced kitchen

  • Willing to learn and grow as part of our founding team
