Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce reliable construction cost estimates throughout project planning, development, and delivery process

  • Identify costly unforeseen items of work before the project has been programmed to avoid delays and/or cancellation of the project

  • Responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, identifying and analyzing cost factors related to construction projects

  • Prepares detailed specific and accurate estimates based on plans

  • Conduct ocular inspections which will be used for the preparation of estimates and bidding

  • Competent in surveying project plan implementation, preparation of billing and materials estimate

  • Such other related work that the Management may ask from time to time

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required

  • Proficient in using AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Package

  • Familiar with structural steel work

  • Willing to work at Caloocan City

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
