BASIC FUNCTION

To support the logistics and distribution process through accurate documentation, timely transmittal of records, and proper coordination with delivery teams and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sorting and filing of documents (Trip Ticket, Load Manifest, Pick List, Pull-out Form).
  • In-charge of transmittal of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt.
  • In-charge of processing SAP transactions.
  • Coordinate with the delivery crew regarding delivery concerns.
  • Ensure that the correct documents are distributed to the appropriate personnel or department in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all documents (Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt) are transmitted completely to the AR team.
  • Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping of logistics documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in audit requirements and other related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, logistics, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in logistics, documentation, or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic logistics processes and documentation requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong coordination and communication skill.
