Job Summary:

Responsible for new model, new machine, assist machine trouble, machine modification, process improvement related to SQCD (Safety, quality, cost & productivity) and controlling of production documents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the daily activities.

  2. Performs trouble shooting, process analysis, propose improvement, activity related to quality related problems.

  3. Control and monitor of jig, fixture, and spare parts inventory.

  4. Reporting of abnormalities encountered and coordination of production concerns to other groups/section.

  5. Plans, prepares and reports activities.

  6. Prepares activity/project plan

  7. Preparation and reporting of monthly report to Top Management

  8. Preparation of trouble report analysis/ 5 rule analysis report as needed.

  9. Conducts training of other groups/section

  10. Preparation and implementation of approved training plan

  11. Performs other tasks/ duties that may be assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Technical Course or any related Vocational Course or College undergraduate (at least 2 years)
  • Preferably Engineering Course
  • With at least 3-year experience as Operator, Final Inspector and Line QC
  • Detail-oriented
  • With good communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to learn/undergo training
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
