F&B Manager responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily activities in restaurants, bars, and other food service areas to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage employees, managing their performance to meet standards.
  • Responsible for managing food & beverage inventory and maintaining quality standards to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with chefs to design and develop menus that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, handling complaints and implementing service standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Control budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
