Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support architectural planning, design development, and project coordination. Daily on-site reporting in Makati is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Prepare design presentations, technical drawings, and documentation for client and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments to verify design compliance and construction progress.
  • Support the preparation of permits, reports, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute creative solutions to architectural challenges.
  • Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Provide daily progress updates and attend required meetings in the Makati office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methodologies, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willing and able to report daily to the Makati office.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in project coordination or site supervision.
  • Knowledge in BIM processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
