Position: JR. ENGINEER – CIVIL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Licensed Civil Engineer (Board Passer of the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination)
• At least 3 years of work-related experience in construction, design, project supervision, or site management
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or other design and project planning tools
• Strong understanding of structural design, construction materials, and quality assurance standards
• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications
• Knowledge in modular or prefabricated construction is an advantage
• Must know how to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles with a valid Driver's License
• Willing to be assigned nationwide and work in project sites as needed
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil and structural works for modular and prefabricated projects
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and progress monitoring to ensure project timelines and standards are met
• Support the preparation of estimates, bill of materials, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering regulations on-site
• Provide technical support and recommendations during the project lifecycle
• Prepare and submit engineering reports, site observations, and quality assessments
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure that project specifications are followed
