Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely transactions.
  • Track and review financial transactions for discrepancies, fraud, or errors.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any inconsistencies in payment records.
  • Assist customers with payment-related inquiries, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, data security policies, and company standards.
  • Generate financial reports, maintain records of transactions, and provide analysis on payment trends.
  • Work with internal teams, such as finance, accounting, and IT, to optimize payment processes.
  • Operate and troubleshoot payment processing software and financial systems.
  • Communicate with banks and payment processors regarding transactions and settlements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance payment efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • With 3+ years experience in payments processing, banking, finance, or accounting is preferred
  • Familiarity with payment and financial gateways
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot payment issues and resolve them promptly
  • Understanding of financial regulations (e.g, KYC)
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
  • Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
